As part of our aim of becoming a Centre of Excellence, and of creating Leaders of Tomorrow, we collaborate with subject matter experts to run open master-classes at regular intervals.
Professional Wine and Service
Upon completion the student will acquire skills and knowledge necessary to work in a wine service environment including correct use of service techniques, customer interaction skills and product knowledge.
