The following procedures are to be adhered to when applying for a programme with Constance Hospitality Training Centre. This helps to ensure that your application is processed without delay.
Choosing a career in the hospitality world can be challenging. If you are not sure about what career you want to engage in, we recommend that you meet our recruitment and career guidance officer in person. If you know exactly what you are looking for, you may directly fill-in our online application form by clicking on the Apply button at top of this page OR follow the steps below.
STEP 1 - Course Enquiry
Option 1 - Visit our office today
Walk-in for a one-to-one counseling on our programmes available and for career advice. Application forms and programme brochures can be obtained from our experienced and friendly team members on the spot. You are advised to bring your certificates along so we can efficiently advise according to your profile.
Visit us for a personalised counseling session from Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM (note that we might not be available at Lunch time which is normally from 11:30 to 13:30. We usually recommend that you call us for an appointment).
Option 2 - Download Constance Hospitality Training Centre course catalogue
You may request for our Course Catalogue and Application Form to be emailed to you by calling or emailing us. In your email, please indicate:
+ Your highest academic qualification
+ Programme(s) that interests you
+ Your full name
+ Your contact number
+ Your home address
A Course Catalogue and Application form will be emailed to you within a week.

STEP 2 - Submit your Application Form
Congratulations! Now you have already decided on which programme you want to enrol in which is your first step towards embracing a career in your chosen field.
Please print out the Application Form, complete all sections clearly in BLOCK LETTERS, and submit it with the required documents listed therein. Note that you can also APPLY online as well!
NOTE: We recommend that you come in person to submit your Application Form with all required document and pay your registration fee to secure a place in our selection list. Our team member may advise you whether you are eligible for any funding by Government through its various schemes in place at the time of application. Constance group also provide sponsorship to eligible candidates as well.
STEP 3 - Payment Method
If you are not eligible for any of the Funding Schemes available, payment of fees may be made by cash or bank transfer to “Constance Hospitality Training Centre Ltd”.
